Rach & Dan have worked together for over 15 years, creating ideas with humour and purpose for agencies and organisations of all sizes — from global institutions to challenger brands.
They’ve worked with 90+ clients across automotive, government and charity to health, telecoms, gaming, media, retail and FMCG — including the United Nations, BBC, The Guardian, British Army, Honda, Plusnet, PlayStation, Lidl and Lurpak.
Most recently they were Creative Directors on the British Army for the 2025 recruitment campaign.
A few things they’ve done:

• They helped the UN turn the Sustainable Development Goals into something people could actually understand: The World’s To-Do List. “I think it’s a brilliant idea” - Richard Curtis
• They persuaded Andy Serkis to voice a cheeky talking a**hole for our wet-wipe flushing campaign. He liked the idea so much, he did it for free.
• Their work has been referenced on stage by Justin Trudeau, Matt Damon, Priyanka Chopra and Richard Curtis.
• They’ve been recognised at D&AD, Cannes Lions, Campaign Big, British Arrows, etc.
• Their work has also saved a marriage:

Rach and Dan started their careers at 180 Amsterdam, before moving to Karamarama, Accenture Song / Droga5. And now they’re freelancing.
